4.    Commercial Registration Certificate (CR): A copy of your company's CR certificate

5.    Business Letter: A letter from your employer in India detailing your position, purpose of visit, and confirming his commercial or professional status.

6.    Photocopies: Passport copies Front and Back.

7.    Visa Fee: Pay the applicable visa fee. This varies depending on the type and duration of the visa.

It's not possible to stay continuously for 365 days on a Business visit visa in Saudi Arabia. The maximum duration of stay will be 90 days per trip. After 90 days You have to leave Saudi Arabia before your maximum stay period duration expired. You can take exit by traveling to a nearby country (like UAE, Bahrain, etc.) and can Re-entry for using another stay duration period.
